 The Lasses – Perlen des Folk!</p>\n<p>Schon beim ersten Kennenlernen sange
 n sie gemeinsam\, bei einer Session im Amsterdamer Irish Pub „Mulligans“. 
 Heute touren Sophie Janna und Margot Merah mit ihrem schottischen\, irisch
 en und amerikanischen Folk-Repertoire und ihren intimen\, selbstgeschriebe
 nen Liedern um die Welt. Die niederländische Tageszeitung „de Volkskrant“ 
 bezeichnete ihren Gesang als „superb“.</p>\n<p>Der wunderbare Klang ihrer 
 Stimmen\, ihr natürlicher Gesangsstil und ihre Liedauswahl machen sie zu e
 inem gefragten Duo der internationalen Folk-Szene. In den letzten Jahren t
 ourten sie durch die Niederlande\, Belgien\, Deutschland\, Schottland\, En
 gland\, die USA\, Kanada und Japan.</p>\n<p>Erzählende Balladen wechseln s
 ich mit mitreißenden\, energiegeladenen Stücken ab. Die beiden spielen tra
 ditionelle schottische und irische Lieder sowie Eigenkompositionen\, begle
 itet von Gitarre\, Bodhrán (irischer Trommel)\, Ukulele\, Shruti-Box und M
 undharmonika. Der Fokus von „The Lasses“ liegt dabei stets auf dem Harmoni
 egesang\, in dem sich ihre Stimmen perfekt ergänzen.</p>\n<p>„Hervorragend
